16-year old boy wounded in Washington shooting

A 16-year old boy was wounded in the head, in a shooting in Kennewick, Washington.  Two teens are in custody for the shooting.

From an article:

A 16-year-old Kennewick boy received a superficial head wound from a gunshot about 2:20 p.m. today at Yelm and West First avenues.
Kennewick Sgt. Ken Lattin said it was a glancing blow and the teen was talking and alert when emergency officials arrived. It does not appear the teen was in a fight, Lattin said.
Two teen suspects have been detained, according to initial reports.

Every gun in the hands of a child must first pass through the hands of an adult.
