15-year old Louisiana boy injured, and 18-year old killed, in double shooting

18-year old Adonis Williams and a 15-year old boy were with other juveniles at a home in Marrero, Louisiana, near New Orleans.  Shots rang out.  Adonis was found dead with a pistol by his side.  The 15-year old was found wounded two blocks away.

From an article:

The shooting occurred just before 4 p.m. at 1141 King Drive in Marrero, according to Col. John Fortunato, spokesman for the Sheriff's Office. Deputies arrived and found Williams lying near the front door of the home. He had been shot in the side and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The injured 15-year-old was found two blocks away at the intersection of King Drive and Howard Avenue, Fortunato said. He was taken to LSU Interim Hospital in New Orleans with non life-threatening injuries. The boy is from Westwego.
It was not clear Friday whether Williams knew anyone at the King Drive address.
Detectives found a small pistol lying next to him. Fortunato said they'll determine whether Williams fired the gun and if it has been reported stolen.
Authorities had no suspects or a motive in the shooting Friday evening. But an unknown number of males were seen running from the scene after the shooting, Fortunato said.
