5th-grader brings BB gun to Philly elementary school

A 5th-grader brought a BB gun to school, in Philadelphia, and shot another child in the leg.

From the article:
The student began playing around with the gun, according to the spokesman. The spokesman also said the student shot another 5th grader in the leg though it did not leave a mark and the student was not injured.
A teacher noticed the student with the gun and informed an administrator. The student was reprimanded and suspended from the school. While no one was injured, investigators say some students were crying and distraught while the student displayed the pellet gun.
Every gun in the hands of a child must first pass through the hands of an adult.
