A 16-year old was arrested after having shot to death two people in robberies in Newark. One victim was a mini-mart attendant who didn't hand over cash fast enough, and the other was a robbery victim who didn't hand over his wallet fast enough.
Two other young men, aged 18 and 19, were arrested for aiding and abetting the 16-year old, one of whom acted as a lookout, the other as a driver.
