The boy apparently got a hold of Anthony Delucia’s, 52, handgun at Delucia’s home at 13 Summit Road, Prospect, and fired a shot.Delucia was wounded, taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury and is reportedly in stable condition.He did have a permit for the handgun used in the accident, which remains under investigation.
