14-year old New Orleans boy shot by stray bullet

A 14-year old boy was walking in New Orleans, Louisiana, when he heard an argument and gunshots.  He was hit by one of the bullets in the shoulder and taken to a hospital for treatment.

From an article:

The NOPD is investigating an eastern New Orleans shooting Wednesday that left a 14-year-old boy wounded. The boy was shot in the shoulder and was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, said officer Garry Flot, spokesman for the New Orleans Police Department.
The teen told police he was walking near the intersection of Dinkins and Shubrick streetsabout 6:30 p.m. when he heard arguing and gunshots. He realized he was shot and ran to a nearby house where someone called the police, Flot said.

Bullets don't know when to stop.
