2-year old St. Louis girl shot in her room by stray bullet

Briah Hodges, age 2
2-year old Briah Hodges was in her 5th floor apartment bedroom with her sister when a bullet came through a window and struck her in her foot.  The girls' grandmother was also in the apartment at the time.

No suspects are currently identified.

From the article:

The girl’s father says she was on the fifth floor when a bullet sailed into their apartment. Briah Hodges is only two years old.  Her foot was bandaged up Sunday night with nine stitches underneath it. The  father says she was sitting on a bed with her feet dandling and her older sister next to her when the girl’s grandmother heard a loud pop. At first the grandmother thought it was some sort of an electrical shock , but Sunday the family found a bullet inside their 5th story apartment. So they have contacted police. The girl’s father is Bernard Hodges.
He believes the shot came in the apartment at a straight angle which leads him to believe it came from an upper floor apartment from a building nearby.

Bullets don't know when to stop.
