16-year old boy brings loaded handgun to school in Florida

A 16-year old boy was caught with a loaded handgun at his Palm Beach Gardens, Florida school.

From the article:
A 16-year-old student at William T. Dwyer High School was detained Monday morning after allegedly bringing a loaded gun to school, according to the school's principal and other sources.

School administrators on Monday were given a tip by a student that another student had a weapon, Principal Joseph Lee said in a statement that was sent in a robo-call to parents of students at the school.
Lee said that administrators caught up with the student in question, and that the student immediately surrendered the weapon. The student was then turned over to school police.

Every gun in the hands of a child must first pass through the hands of an adult.
