A 10-year old child in Dundee, Iowa, handled an unsecured, loaded gun that belonged to another family member.
In an apparent accident, the gun went off, killing a 41-year old woman in the house, Amy Hettinger.
Every gun in the hands of a child must first pass through the hands of an adult.
