10-year old Chicago girl wounded when someone shoots through window

A 10-year old girl, Tameria Allen, was wounded when a gunman shot through her window, in Chicago.

A 10-year-old girl was shot early Saturday when a bullet came through the window of her home in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.
An unknown assailant fired into a home in the 1100 block of North Keystone Avenue at 1:42 a.m., police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines said.
A bullet went through a window and struck the girl inside the home, Gaines said. It is unknown if she was the intended target.
The 10-year-old girl suffered a graze wound to the leg and was treated at the scene.
According to news footage, six bullets had hit the house. There were ten children in the house, plus the parents. Luckily, only Tameria was injured.

Last year, a bullet had flown through the window of her third grade classroom, narrowly missing her and a friend.
