14-year old boy wounded by stray bullet when taking out the trash

A 14-year old boy in Rock Hill, South Carolina, was taking out the trash when a gunfight broke out between two cars. One bullet hit the boy in the left leg.

From the article:

The 14-year-old was outside his Arch Drive home Saturday evening when he heard eight gun shots, according to a Rock Hill police report.

One of the bullets hit him in the left leg. He told police he noticed people across the street, and two cars driving down the road appeared to be shooting at each other.

The boy asked a neighbor to call 911, the report states. He then asked his brother to take him to the hospital.

Bullets don't know when to stop.
