A 14-year old boy was riding with his 19-year old cousin around midnight when another car pulled up next to them. The occupants of the car started shooting, hitting the 14-year old in the hand and making a number of bullet holes in the car.
The Sherriff's office does not think they were random victims, and there is reason to believe the boys were involved in a previous dispute.
