Three teens broke into a home near Hesston, Indiana. The homeowner was home and used a .410 shotgun to apprehend two of the boys, both 16, and force them to the floor. The third teen got away.
Fearing that the boys were armed with a 9mm handgun that was missing, the homeowner shot and injured one boy who wouldn't keep quiet or still. Apparently the boys were unarmed. The homeowner likely won't be charged.
