Jason Franklin, age 21, was assaulting a woman in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania when two young women, ages 17 and 18, interceded. He then turned his assault to them, punching one of them in the face.
The girls called for their family to help. When the family approached, the man opened fire, then tried to hide before being captured by police. Luckily no one was hit, and the only injuries were from the punching one girl received.
