A 9-year old girl and a 22-year old man were sitting in an Indianapolis townhouse when they were shot, apparently by someone firing through a window. Both are recovering.

UPDATE (1/8/12): According to THIS article, a man, Creshawn Burruss, has been identified as potentially being the shooter. "Investigators said they believe the shooting may have stemmed from an argument between Burruss and the 22-year-old victim."
