15-year old girl shot by stray bullet while sitting in her home

A 15-year old girl was innocently sitting at her computer in her Baton Rouge home.

Meanwhile, outside, a felon by the name of Charles Sibley, was driving when he was shot at by an unknown male. Sibley responded by firing his own weapon.

Neither hit each other, but one of those rounds went through the wall of the girl's home and struck her in the chest. Luckily, the wound was not life-threatening.

Sibley was charged with Aggravated Battery, Illegal Use of a Dangerous Weapon and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The other man hasn't been found. No one has been arrested or charged yet for shooting the girl.

Bullets don't know when to stop.

UPDATE (2/19/12):  A second suspect has been arrested for the shooting:  18-year-old Darius Joseph.
