17-year old Florida boy shot 8 times in drive-by, but uncooperative

A 17-year old boy in West Palm Beach, Florida, was shot 8 times in a drive-by shooting.

A 17-year-old was shot when someone drove by and fired several numerous times outside of a home in West Palm Beach on Saturday night, WPBF 25 News reported.

Police said the teen was shot eight times before being taken to St. Mary's Medical Center. 

Police said despite the number of gunshot wounds, the victim's injuries are not life-threatening. 

Police said the victim is not cooperating with investigators. 

The shooter is still on the run and the investigation is ongoing.
