14-year old Fresno boy shot 16-year old boy and 15-year old accomplice

A 14-year old boy was shot in Fresno, California, by a 16-year old boy and a 15-year old accomplice in what appears to be a gang shooting.

From the article:
Fresno Police say they have made two arrests in a gang-related shooting.
A 14-year-old boy was shot around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Abby and Harvey.
Investigators say witnesses identified the gunman as a 16-year-old boy. Officers say they found him and a 15-year-old accomplice at a nearby apartment.
Police say the teenagers confessed to the shooting. They say the gun believed to have been used in the shooting was recovered.

Both teens were booked into Fresno County Juvenile Hall. They face charges of assault with a deadly weapon, weapons violations and gang enhancements.
Detectives believe this shooting was in retaliation for a shooting that occurred on Sunday night. No one was hurt in that incident.
The article did not state the condition of the victim or how the shooter got the gun.

Every gun in the hands of a child must first pass through the hands of an adult.
