There isn't a law against being under the influence while handling a loaded gun in your home, in Oregon (or while having a loaded gun in public, if you have a concealed carry license) -- it only becomes illegal once the bullet is fired, but by then it will be too late.Brown remained in the city jail on Friday evening. His bail was set at $5,250.
Luckily, Brown was the only one injured.
