4-year old girl and parents threatened by gunman in road rage incident

Nevaeh Lee, age 4
Christy Lee and Marcus Bateman were driving their 4-year old daughter, Nevaeh, to school in Jonesboro, Georgia, when another driver started honking madly at them.  He then pulled up next to them and started waving a gun.  The couple turned onto another road, but met up with the same man again, who cocked his gun and aimed at them.  They escaped before the man could fire.  Officers eventually caught the gunman and pulled him over.

The man was apparently angry that the couple was driving too slow, but also claimed they had pointed a gun at him (although the couple did not have a gun and do not own one).

The gunman was 59-year-old Hiram Perrin.
