15-year old Akron boy shot in back

A 15-year old boy from Akron, Ohio, was out very late at night (1AM) on the streets when he spotted a masked man with a shotgun.  The boy ran, but was shot and wounded in the back.

The victim called his mother to come pick him up and take him to the hospital. The victim was later transported to Akron General Medical Center where his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
