17-year old boy shot and potentially paralyzed in robbery at skate park

A 17-year old boy was at a Los Vegas skate park when two suspects robbed him and shot him in the neck. The boy lived, but he may be paralyzed.

The two suspects, a 21-year old and a juvenile, have been arrested.
