6th grade girl threatened by boy with BB gun at school

Alexus Downing, age 11

An 11-year old girl, Alexus Downing, has been bullied by a boy in her grade recently, including a minor assault on campus. The boy has now been caught with a BB gun on campus, after having threatened the girl that he would shoot her.

It's a felony to bring a real gun on school campus, but the boy is being charged with a misdemeanor. Let's hope his parents don't have a real gun at home.
