15-year old boy shot while walking on street in Syracuse

A 15-year old boy was shot in Syracuse, New York.

From the article:

Shafa Moore, 15, of Syracuse, was wounded in the left arm about 1:25 a.m. while walking on West Bissell Street near South Avenue. Moore told police he heard several gunshots but did not see who shot him, police said.

Moore was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where his wound was determined not to be life threatening.
